Microsoft Windows Unified Data Storage Server 2003 (32-bit)
MicROSoft Windows Unified Data Storage Server 2003 is based on the same core operating system as Windows Storage Server 2003. Additional files are needed to add the WUDSS functionality.
Note: The operating system evaluation is good for a 180-day period, but the target evaluation is good for 90-days only
To evaluate this product please follow the instructions below::
- Download, burn to a CD, and then install Windows Server 2003 with SP1 here:
You should have received a unique Windows Unified Data Storage Server product key in the confirmation email you received when registering for access to this Web page. Please use this product key when installing the Windows Server 2003 R2 evaluation software in order to create a Windows Storage Server 2003 R2 operating system. Download, burn to a CD and then install the additional functionality of WUDSS here: Note: Configure Windows Storage Server 2003 R2 prior to installing the WUDSS packets. Reference the OEM Guide contained on the CD for configuration instructions. The "Factory Installation Prerequisites" and "Factory Installation Procedures" sections of the guide provide details for configuring Windows Storage Server 2003 R2 prior to installing the WUDSS packets on the CD. The OEM Guide can also be found here: Storage_OEM.doc You should now be able to evaluate Windows Unified Data Storage Server 2003. Additional SP2 updates can be installed only after successful installation of WUDSS here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/evaluation/trial/default.mspx

Windows Storage Server 2003 R2
Windows Storage Server 2003 R2 for Embedded Systems is based on the same core operating system as the non embedded version. You should have received a unique Windows Storage Server 2003 R2 product key in the confirmation email directing you to this Web page. Please use this product key when installing the Windows Server 2003 R2 evaluation software in order to create a Windows Storage Server 2003 R2 operating system.
To evaluate Windows Storage Server 2003 R2, follow the instructions below:
- Download, burn to a CD, and install the Windows Server 2003 R2 evaluation software (with SP1) found here:
Activate the Windows Storage Server 2003 R2 Operating System by using the unique product key provided to you.
Optional component: The Microsoft iSCSI Software Target is an optional add-on to Windows Storage Server. Disk 3: Microsoft iSCSI Software Target and Management.iso Note: Configure Windows Storage Server 2003 R2 prior to installing the Microsoft iSCSI Software Target. Reference the OEM Guide for configuration instructions. The "Factory Installation Prerequisites" and "Factory Installation Procedures" sections of the guide provide details for configuring Windows Storage Server 2003 R2 prior to installing the Microsoft iSCSI Software Target. The OEM Guide can be found here: Storage_OEM.doc
After successfully installing Windows Storage Server 2003 R2, you may install the additional SP2 updates at: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/evaluation/trial/default.mspx
注意：在安装server 2003 r2时请找一个054段的CDKEY安装，否则将无法安装Microsoft iSCSI Software Target and Management.iso
