这个不对,应该是
202.110.0.0/17
202.110.192.0/18

因为中间的
202.110.128.0 - 202.110.191.255
是电信的,所以不能用整个字段表达

我上面说过了，有些别的运营商的，我是单独用网通和电信的网实验的，但是整体是以网通和电信为主的~~！~！~

是比较好的帖子，如果大家有时间可以去查一下APNIC 上的资料，本站有个收集IP段的脚本，自己可以去试试。
不过需要自己修改一下脚本，不然收集到的是网通和电信的 IP 段，前几个月我测试了一下，两个 ISP 一共是 1200 多个段，估计最近又更新了。
